<br />and Brenda Lopez-Perez as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinqs Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated February 27, 1998, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 98-101733 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
