<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Kimberly J
<br />Komarek as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinqs Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated June 9, 1998, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />98-105514 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book _
