<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by John B Goos and
<br />Jacqueline M Goos as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank. a Federal Savinqs Bank as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated April 22. 1999, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />99-104149 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
