<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Scott A Johnson
<br />and Christine M Johnson as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal SavinQs Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated AUQust 2, 1999, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 99 107751 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
<br />recorded in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number _ has been paid; and
