Hanson, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 27, <br />1989 as Instrument No. 89~102147, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOTS ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN (167) AND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT <br />(168) IN BELMONT, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
