Engel and Laura J. Engel, Husband and Wife, as <br />Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of <br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 20th <br />day of November 2003, and recorded on the 25th day of November 2003, in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200315394, and the <br />Modification of Deed of Trust dated the 28th day of April 2005, and recorded on the 9th <br />day of May 2005, filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 200504141 has been partially paid, and said Beneficiary has requested <br />that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does <br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, <br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
