<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Todd Friesen and Lori Friesen, trustors,
<br />to the Bank of Clarks, 2nd & Vine Street, P. O. Box 246, Silver Creek, Nebraska, Trustee, and the Bank of
<br />Clarks, 301 North Green, P. O. Box 125, Clarks, Nebraska, Beneficiary, and recorded September 14, 2005,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200509049 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or
<br />persons entitled therein all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
