<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TI-IESE PRESENTS:

<br />1HAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Danyl Wilhehni Sr., a Single Person as Trustor, to Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 14th day of December, 2004, and recorded on the 3rd day
<br />of January, 2005, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, as instrument number
<br />2005-00042 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, TI-IEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
