Wheeler and Darlene F. <br />Wheeler, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on March 7, 2005, recorded as Instrument No. 0200501915, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (Wl/2SEl/4) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (Wl/2SEl/4SEl/4) of Section Four (4), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 6th of January, 2006. <br />._-~-...,~. <br />-.O\I'\L 841':;"'\ <br />.
