Wales, et aI. are the Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an <br />accounting from said Defendants ofthe amount due Plaintiff on the deed of trust dated August 6, <br />1997, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on August 11, <br />1997, as Instrument No. 97-106451, wherein Douglas D. Wales, a single person, mortgaged and <br />conveyed to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company as Trustee the following described real <br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Dale Roush 2nd Subdivision, City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />for the benefit of Mountain West Financial, Inc., as the Beneficiary of the deed of trust, to obtain <br />a foreclosure of said deed of trust and to have t he same declared a lien upon the interests of <br />Defendants, Douglas D.
