Depue, At torney at Law, <br />Trustee, and is wit~reference to Deed of Trust wherein Errol L. <br />Williby and Barbara A. Williby, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, <br />and Leonard E. Graf is Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 17, 1994, and <br />identified as Document No. 94-105209, as assigned in Document No. <br />98-106931, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, <br />a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One Hundred Seventeen <br />(117), and Lot Four (4), Block One Hundred Fifteen (115), <br />all in Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above-described Deed of Trust, together~ith 11 appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or ap erta' ing. <br /> <br />5l " <br /> <br />RONALD S.
