DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 3, 2000, and executed by Travis F. Walker and <br />Christina M. Watson, A Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 15, 2000, as Instrument No. <br />0200009970,and <br /> <br />\~ <br />(l ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), in the Block Seventy-Six (76), in Wheeler and Bennett's Third Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully <br />paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 1ih day of December, 2005 <br /> <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br /> <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br /> <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 12th day of <br />December, 2005, by Devra McElroy, Assistant Vice President of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska <br />corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee. <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAl NOTARY.
