<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by James J Arndt and Jerri K Arndt, Husband & Wife,
<br />as Trusters, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 28111
<br />day of February 2005, and recorded on the 8th day of March 2005, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200501981, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001):

<br />ALL OF LOT TWENTY SEVEN (27), COACH PLACE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND THAT PART OF lOT TWENTY-SIX (26), COACH PLACE SUBDIVISION, IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA MORE PATICUlARY DESCRIBED AS FOllOWS:
<br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT TWENTY SEVEN (27). THENCE RUNNING
<br />SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT TWENTY SIX (26), A DISTANCE OF 16.05
<br />FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL TO THE

<br />CORNER OF SAID LOT TWENTY SIX (26), THENCE RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE
<br />WESTERLY BOUNDRY LINE TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID lOT TWENTY SIX (26); THENCE
<br />RUNNING NORTHEASTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT TWENTY SIX (26); TO
<br />THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 26 (26); THENCE RUNNING SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG AND
<br />UPON THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT TWENTY SIX (26) TO THE ACTUAL POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING.
