<br />PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT

<br />BARRY W. & JOL YNN NIEDFELT, husband and wife, herein called the Grantors, in

<br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which hereby

<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
