Partridge and Dorothy M. Partridge, <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Instrument #91-108816 on the 31st day of December, 1991, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Ten (10) Block Two (2) in Capital Heights Third Subdivision, being part of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW~) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 30th day of December, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br /> <br /> <br />B : Edward M.
