<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Howard L. Schmitt,
<br />Ronald R. Miller, Philip R. Bolling and Kevin L. Harris, as Trustors, to Duane A. Burns, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Val L. Pichler and N. Fay Pichler, Husband and Wife as Joint
<br />Tenants, as Beneficiaries, dated September 1, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 98-108579, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiaries have requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiaries, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title,
<br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Eleven (11), Stehr's Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot Eleven (11); thence running southeasterly along the
<br />easterly line of said Lot Eleven (11), a distance of One Hundred Sixty Nine and Four Hundredths
<br />(169.04) feet; thence running southwesterly a distance of One Hundred Ninety Five (195.0) feet; to
<br />a point on the westerly line of said Lot Eleven (11); thence running northwesterly along the
<br />westerly line of said Lot Eleven (11), a distance of One Hundred Fifty and Twenty Three
<br />Hundredths (150.23) feet, to the northwest corner of said Lot Eleven (11 ); thence running
<br />northeasterly along the northerly line of said Lot Eleven (11), a distance of One Hundred Seventy
<br />Five and Fifty Seven Hundredths (175.57) feet, to the point of beginning.
