<br />WHEREAS, FIRST STATE BANK of Gothenburg, Dawson County, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated, March 31, 2003 executed by Richard Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife, as Trustor, in
<br />which First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall county, in Instrument No. 200304338 and re-recorded in Instrument No. 200312901 has
<br />received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, a portion of the real property described
<br />therein:

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person s entitled thereto, namely Richard
<br />Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife.

<br />A portion of the estate now held by it thereunder, towit:

<br />The East 26 2/3 acres of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (EII2NE 1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The Trustee retains all the property described in the Deed of Trust ex.cepting only that portion described
<br />above.
