<br />WHEREAS, FIRST STATE BANK of Gothenburg, Dawson County, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated, August 10, 2004 executed by Richard Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife, as Trustor, in
<br />which First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall county, in Instrument No. 200407960 has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, a portion ofthe real property described therein:

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person s entitled thereto, namely Richard
<br />Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife.

<br />A portion of the estate now held by it thereunder, towit:
