<br /> <br /> <br />For and in consideration of its releasing its Deed of <br />Trusts recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Nos. 200304338, 200312901 and <br />200407960 on the East 26~ rods of the East Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter (E~NE~) of Section Five (5), Township Ten (10) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which allows us to complete the sale of that real estate, the <br />undersigned, Richard L. Hartman and patricia A. Hartman, do <br />hereby assign to First State Bank located at Gothenburg, <br />Nebraska, the Purchase Money Promissory Note of Platte Valley <br />State Bank and Trust Company, Trustee, of even date herewith, <br />which is payable to us and the Deed of Trust which secures that <br />Note to be held by First State Bank as collateral for our <br />existing debts to it and any extensions or renewals thereof and <br />any debt we may hereafter become obligated to pay to that bank. <br /> <br />For so long as any debt we owe to First State Bank remains <br />unpaid, First State Bank shall be exclusively entitled to <br />receive all payments of principal and interest made by the Maker <br />of that Note as provided therein; <br /> <br />To enforce the provisions of the Purchase Money Promissory <br />Note and Deed of Trust, and to <br /> <br />Execute Deeds of Reconveyance and deliver them to the Maker <br />of the Purchase Money Promissory Note when all principal and <br />interest thereunder has been paid in full. <br /> <br />The Maker of the Note is hereby instructed that unless and <br />until it has received written instructions to the contrary from <br />First State Bank notifying it that this Collateral Assignment <br />has been released or canceled, the Maker of the Purchase Money <br /> <br />1 <br />
