<br />1/4 , a distance of 400.0 feet; thence deflecting right 91004'45" and running northerly, parallel with the east line of
<br />said SW 1/4, a distance of 400.0 feet; thence deflecting right 88055'15" and running easterly, parallel with the
<br />south line of said SW 1/4 a distance of 400.0 feet to a point on the east line of said SW 1/4; thence deflecting
<br />right 91004'45" and running southerly, along and upon the east line of said SW 1/4, a distance of 400.0 feet to
<br />the point of beginning and containing 3.672 acres, more or less.

<br />Said Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents shall remain in full force and effect as to all other property
<br />described therein.
