Kucera, as wife and husband, as Trustors, did <br />on or about February 28, 1996, make, execute and deliver unto Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of <br />Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following-described real property: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4) in Potash Subdvision, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on February 29, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96-101466. <br /> <br />On or about March 8, 1996, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was recorded March 20, <br />1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 96-102042. <br /> <br />On or about June 28,2002, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. The Assignment was recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Camille R.
