<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 20, 2001, executed by Pedcor Investments, A
<br />Limited Liability Company, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200109785 in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 2ih day of
<br />September, 2001,

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:

<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Pedcor Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska

<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 20, 2001, recorded in
<br />Instrument #0200109785 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County on the 2ih day of September, 2001
<br />in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real
<br />estate not herein reconveyed.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
