Smith. a single person, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />LOT TWENTY FOUR (24), BLOCK TWO (2) IN BRENTWOOD SECOND <br />SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated August 14. 1993 , and filed for record on <br />August 20, 1993 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 93-107112: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of Septembert 1. <br /> <br />2008 : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto <br />give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. 76-239 ofthe continued effectiveness ofthe Deed <br />of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to December 1. 2025 . <br /> <br />2. -CONTINuED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness <br />concurrently herewith extended. <br />
