<br />Company, for and in consideration of TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS ($26,000.00),
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey to SHAFER PROPERTIES, L.L.c.,
<br />a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Grantee, the following described real estate in Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the

<br />thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
