[t is the Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, at <br />instrument number 0200300479 of the Hall County Mortgages Records. <br /> <br />2. Troy J. Eckhart and Sherry L. Eckhart, husband and wife are the Trustors under the Trust Deed. <br /> <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Fanners State Bank, now Bank ofClarks as Trustee under the <br />Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Fanners State Bank, now Bank ofClarks. <br /> <br />4.
