<br />NEBRASKA, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE AND SUCCESSOR CORPORATION OF
<br />FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, TRUSTEE, herein called the
<br />Grantor, for and in consideration of the DECREES OF THE COUNTY
<br />COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ENTERED IN CASES NUMBERED PR05-
<br />236 AND PR05-237 ON DECEMBER 14, 2005, received from Grantees,
<br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DANIEL
<br />H. EAKES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ABE TRUSTS AND RONALD L.
<br />EAKES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JALE TRUSTS, as tenants in
<br />common, the following described real estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4),
<br />Block Sixty-one (61) and Lot Five (5) in Block
<br />Fifty-nine (59), all in Original Town, now City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenanments, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees as Trustees and to
<br />their successor trustees and a~signs forever. And Grantor as
<br />Trustee does hereby covenant with the said Grantees and with
<br />their successor trustees and assigns, that Grantor is lawfully
<br />seized of said premises as Trustee, that they are free from
<br />encumbrance, except easements of record, and that Grantor as
<br />Trustee has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />and Grantor hereby covenants to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against the lawful claims of all persons based
<br />upon any act or failure to act of Grantor as Trustee. And the
<br />said Grantor as Successor Trustee of The ABE Trusts and The JALE
<br />Trusts hereby relinquishes all right, title, claim and interest
