That the existing easements located in Autumn Park Second <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shaded and identified in the <br /> <br />plat dated December 12, 2005, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference, are hereby vacated. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
