<br />THA T WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Peter V. Bristol to
<br />AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK OF FREMONT, Trustee for the benefit of AMERICAN NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF FREMONT, the Beneficiary named therein dated August 19, 2005 and recorded August 24,
<br />2005 in the office ofthc Rcgistcr of Deeds of Hall County, NEBRASKA in Book Instrument

<br />has requested in writing that the Decd of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
