<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the 9. Sc>
<br />Trust Deed dated August 24, 2000 and executed by Trinity United Methodist Church, a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document #200006995, in the Register of Deed's
<br />office ofRall County, Nebraska on the 29th-day of August, 2000, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />All of Block 14 and Lot 4, Block 35, in Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 13th day of December, 2005.
