<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated March 9, 2004, executed by Steven Paul Lamb and Kianne M. Lamb,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which the Meadows Apartment Homes, L.L.c., a
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, is named as Beneficiary which Deed was recorded
<br />on March 31, 2004, as Document No. 200403091 in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and ;;;..

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the Meadows Apartment Homes, L.L.C., written request to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Twenty-Nine in Country Meadows Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid; now therefore in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Trust Deed, the undersigned as Trustee does hereby convey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
