<br />B. USE OF PROPERTY; COMPLIANCE WITH LA W. Borrower shall not seek, agree to or makt:

<br />C. SUBORDINATE LIENS. Except as pennitted by federal law, Borrower shall not allow any lien

<br />D. RENT LOSS INSURANCE. Borrowt:r shall maintain insurance against rent loss in addition to the
<br />otht:r hazards for which insurance is rt:quirt:d by Uniform Covenant 5.
<br />E. "BORROWER'SRIGHT TO REINSTATE" DELETED. Unifonn Covenant 18 is deleted.
<br />F. BORROWER'S OCCUPANCY. Unless Lendt:r <md Borrowt:r otherwise agree in writing, the tlrst

<br />G. ASSIGNMENT OF LEASES. Upon Lender's request, Borrower shall assign to Lt:ndt:r all It:ast:s
<br />of tht: Propt:rty and all security deposits madt: in connt:clion with leases of the Property. Upon tht: assignmt:nt,
<br />Lt:nder shall have tht: right to modify, extend or tenninate the existing least:s and to t:Xt:cutt: new leases, in Lender's
<br />solt: discretion. As ust:d in this paragraph G, the word "lease" shall mean "sublt:ast:" if tht: St:curity Instrumt:nt is

<br />H. ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS; APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER; LENDER IN POSSESSION.
