<br />THJ;S DEED is dated and executed this (" day of

<br />and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Jerry Lee Hoffer
<br />a/k/ a Jerry Hoffer and Roxanne Hoffer, husband and wife, are
<br />Beneficiary, and James P. Kramer and Lynette C. Kramer, husband and
<br />wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on July 2, 2003, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0200308475, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Two (2), Wildwood Second Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or apperta' ing.
