MCMAHON, husband and wife <br />( "McMahon") . <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Northstar <br />described as Lots 3, 4, <br />Ci ty of Grand Island, <br />Estate"); and <br /> <br />is the owner of the real property legally <br />5, 6, 9 and 10, Kaaar Subdivision in the <br />Hall County, Nebras ka ("Northstar' s Real <br /> <br />WHEREAS, McMahon is the owner of Lots 7 and 8, Kaaar Subdivi- <br />sion in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />("McMahon's Real Estate"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Northstar has granted McMahon a right of first <br />refusal to sell McMahon's Real Estate to Northstar in the event of <br />the sale of Northstar' s Real Estate as set forth in the Real <br />Estate Purchase Agreement dated October 11, 2005, entered into by <br />and between Northstar and McMahon ("the Purchase Agreement") . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, McMahon and Northstar hereby execute this <br />Notice for the purpose of acknowledging the parties' respective <br />interests in and rights and obligations under the Purchase <br />Agreement by recording this notice in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
