200512229 <br />• This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds • <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and IGLECIA <br />EVANGELICA BETHANIA PENTECOSTES, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee." <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon right of way held by the <br />Licensor: <br />Installation, maintenance and repair of a 5'x5'6" concrete stoop and handicap <br />accessible ramp extending approximately six (6.0) feet into the public right -of- <br />way along 5th Street at 517 East 5th Street in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as shown on the attached site plan. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the <br />following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's right-of-way to which this License <br />Agreement shall apply: <br />The Westerly Forty Four (44.0) feet of Fractional Lot One (1), in Fractional Block <br />Twenty Six (26) in Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and its complement Fractional Lot One (1) in Fractional Block Twenty <br />Six (26) in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />and <br />Fractional Lot Two (2) in Fractional Block Twenty Six (26) in Nagy's Addition to <br />the City of Grand.
