<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, f/kla Five Points Bank of
<br />Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated November 12, 2002, executed by Muckel's Aerial, Inc, a Nebraska Corporation,
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Hastings, flk/a Five Points Bank of Hastings, a division of
<br />Hometown Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, On Instrument No 200212741 on
<br />the 18th day of November, 2002.

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings flk/a Five Points Bank of
<br />Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of
<br />Hastings, flk/a Five Points Bank of Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank as Beneficiary, written
<br />request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />The East Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW %) of
<br />Section Thirty-three (33), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
