<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THA T WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Real Estate
<br />Group of Grand Island, a Nebraska Corporation to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated September 3, 19999, and recorded September 7, 1999 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No. 0099108892,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />"Fractional Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block Fourteen (14), Kernohan & Decker's Addition and
<br />its complement to wit: Franctional Lot Five (5), in Fractional Block Fifty-one (51), in Packer
<br />and Barr's Second Addition, both being addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska."
