<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness seeured by the Deed of Trust exeeuted by Real Estate
<br />Group of Grand Island, a Nebraska Corporation to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank
<br />(by merger), Trustee and Benefieiary, dated December 28, 1999, and recorded January 4, 2000 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No. 0200000116,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
