The undersigned affiant is of legal age and the attorney for Richard De Vore <br />and Patricia De V ore, Husband and Wife, Grantees in a certain Deed recorded as <br />Instrument No. 0200511093 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on <br />November 8, 2005, indexed against the following described real property: <br /> <br />The West Half (W1I2) ofthe Southeast Quarter (SE1I4) of Section Eleven (11), <br />in Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, except that portion thereof used for railroad and highway <br />purposes. <br /> <br />2. The undersigned affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that Mark DeVore <br />and Lori De V ore, Husband and Wife, as Purchasers under an Installment Sale Contract <br />dated December 22, 1993, assigned all of their right, title and interest in and to said <br />Installment Contract to Rjchard DeVnre and Patricia DeVore, Husband and Wife, as <br />evidenced by the Quitclaim Deed executed by Mark De V ore and Lori De Vore March 28, <br />1998, a copy of which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />3. Richard DeVore and Patricia DeVore, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants are <br />in possession of the above-described real estate and have been in possession of the same <br />since March 28,1998; that Richard DeVore and Patricia DeVore have to the knowledge <br />of the undersigned affiant made final payment under the Installment Sales Contract dated <br />December 22,1993, to Darlene Me Ley, Beverly A.
