<br />You are hereby notified that the following described property will be sold by Michael F.
<br />Kivett, Trustee, at public auction to the highest bidder, at the lower level lobby at the Hall
<br />County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of
