Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated December 16, 1996, wherein Glen D. Nelson, a Single Person is the Trustor, which <br />was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />December 24,1996, as Document No. 96-109969 and contains as trust property, the following- <br />described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot Five (5) and the North (N) Thirty-Two Feet (32') of Lot Seven (7), and the <br />South (S) Thirty-Five Feet (35') of Lot Three (3), Block Nineteen (19) in Scarff's <br />Addition to West Lawn, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part ofthe property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations ofthat certain Note dated December 16,2005, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, a Federal Savings Bank, pursuant to the terms of the <br />Trust Deed referred to above which secures this obligation. , '/""_"'_""') 1/,:7 ' <br /> <br />/-:f!~ ~/ J;J <br /> <br />Arend R.
