<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Mitchell
<br />Price and Kerry Price, husband and wife, to Edward W. Hasenjager, attorney, Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Robert V. Herink, Trustee of the Herink Ranch Family Trust dated January
<br />22,2003, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 27, 2004 and recorded June 3,2004 in the
<br />Office ofthe Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200405523 has
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,

<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />Lot Two (2), Except the East 7 feet deeded to the State of Nebraska in Deed recorded in Book
<br />118, Page 593 in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, and all of Lot 4, Fosters
<br />Subdivision, in Hall County, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
