<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Theresa J. Swanson, a single person, to U.S. Bank National Association ND, Trustee for the
<br />benefit of U.S. Bank National Association ND, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />December 30,2002 and recorded January 7, 2003 in the Office ofthe Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200300188 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
