S LOCKHART, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of TrustfMortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />LOT TWO (2), JPM SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />which Deed of TrustlMortgage was dated OCTOBER 29. 2004 filed for record on NOVEMBER 1. <br />2004 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASK.A. as DOCUMENT # 0200410667; AND A DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION <br />AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 21, 2004 AND RECORDED DECEMBER 22,2004 AS <br />DOCUMENT # 0200412216; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of TrustlMortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO MAY 1. 2006. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
