BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That the easement located in the east two (2.0) feet of the west ten feet (10.0) of Lot Three (3) John Voitle's Second Ad44ioi;, except the north five (5.0) feet thereof, is hereby vacated. Such vacated land is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. SECTION 2.
