<br />Pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed on the 30th day of September, 2004, and recorded on
<br />October 8, 2004, as Instrument Number 0200409878 in the Hall County Register of Deeds, in which
<br />John R. Blue and Kristine Lyn Blue, husband and wife, are named as Trustors, Exchange Bank is
<br />named as Lender and Beneficimy, and Exchmge Bat~k is named as Trustee, involving the following-
<br />described real property, to-wit:

<br />notice is hereby given that the Trustors have committed a breach of an obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to-wit:

<br />Breach by Borrower under the terms of Promissory Notes and the above Deed of Trust
<br />including but not necessarily limited to the following:

<br />Note # 29836, missed payment of $585.78 due June 30, 2005, July 30,2005, August 30,
<br />2005, September 30, 2005, October 30, 2005 and November 30, 2005;
<br />
<br />Note # 29837, missed payment of$350.00 due September 16,2005, October 16,2005, and
<br />November 16,2005; and
<br />
<br />Note #205009, missed payment of $487.91 due October 3, 2005, November 3,2005 and
<br />December 3, 2005;
<br />
<br />Costs and expenses incurred to enforce the terms of the above-referenced Promissory Note and Deed
<br />of Trust - $50.00 or actual cost, whichever is greater.

<br />Trustee fees: Greater of $50.00 or Y:z of 1%

<br />This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
