<br />Pursuant to the Deed of Trust executed on the 30th day of October, 2003, and recorded on
<br />November 6, 2003, as Instrument Number 0200314663 in the Hall County Register of Deeds, in
<br />which John Blue and Kristine Blue, husband and wife, are named as Trustors, Exchange Bank is
<br />named as Lender and Beneficiary, and Exchange Bank is named as Tmstee, involving the following-

<br />Note # 29837, missed payment of$350.00 due September 16,2005, October 16, 2005, and
<br />November 16,2005; and
<br />
<br />Note #205009, missed payment of $487.91 due October 3, 2005, November 3,2005 and
<br />De:cember 3,2005;

<br />Costs and expenses incurred to enforce the terms ofthe above-referenced Promissory Note and Deed
<br />of Trust - $50.00 or actual cost, whichever is greater.
