<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed byB & D Enterprises, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated the 26th day of April, 2005, and recorded on the 29th day of April, 2002, at the
