<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated June 14,2004 and executed by L & K Real Estate, a General Partnership, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Document #200405962, in the Register of Deed's office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 16th day of June, 2004, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Three (3), Block 132, Koenig and Wiebe Addition, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 1 st day of December, 2005.
