<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that the original plat of
<br />said Subdivision is now recorded at the Register of Deeds
<br />Office in the Hall County Courthouse at Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re-examined the
<br />plat of Continental Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, and has discovered an error in the Sub-
<br />division Legal Description on the plat drawing.

<br />Affiant further states that the Subdivision Legal
<br />Description should read A tract of land comprising all of
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Outlot 'A' all in Block 2, Continental
<br />Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part of Outlot 'A' as described in
<br />Document No. 82-001544, and filed in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office on April 21, 1982, said tract containing 0.502 acres
<br />more or less, in lieu of A tract of land comprising all of
<br />Lot Nine (9) and Part of Outlot 'A' all in Block 2
<br />Continental Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Is land, Nebraska, said tract containing 0.502 acres more or
