Schoel, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says: 1. As used in this Application the term Real Estate means the legal description of which is as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot Fourteen (14), Kentish Hills Subdivision, thence east on a prolongation of the south line of said Lot Fourteen (14), Kentish Hills Subdivision. Said line also being the north line of Hampton Road for a distance of Two Hundred Feet (200'); thence south on a line Two Hundred Feet (200') east of and .parallel to the east line of Kentish Hills Subdivision~ Marylane Subdivision and the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW~SW~) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), to the north line of Husker Highway; thence west on the north line of Husker Highway a distance of Two Hundred Feet (200'); thence north on the east line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW~SW~) of Section Twenty- five (25), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), Marylane Subdivision and Kentish Hills Subdivision to the point of beginning. 2. Upon the Application of my mother, Gladys V. Schoel, the payment of the Special Assessment for City of Grand Island Sanitary Sewer District No. 512 was deferred under the provisions of Section 19-2429 R.R.S. 1997 by the Grand Island Ci ty Council. 1
